The Beautiful Subtly of a Background Stamp - Using the Birch Background Stamp and So Sentimental Bundle

I recently came across a card highlighting the lovely Tasteful Textile embossing folder and was inspired to take my own approach to the card. I chose to show off a background stamp. I got the Birch background stamp last year and love its look especially tone on tone as I did with today's card using my Crumb Cake cardstock and ink.

 

The medium daisy punch is just a perfect addition to the background stamp. I used the following items to make my cards: 

• So Sentimental Bundle
• Birch Background Stamp
• Medium Daisy punch
• Sprig punch
• So Saffron and Mossy Meadow card base 5 1/2 x 8 1/2" scored at 4 1/4"
• Crumb Cake layer 5 1/4 x 4"
• Scraps of Mossy Meadow for the die cut and the sprigs
• Scrap of Whisper White for daisy punch outs, sentiment, and inside panel if using dark cardstock (5 1/4 x 4")
• Stamparatus
• Ink - Crumb Cake, Mossy Meadow, So Saffron
• Adhesives - glue dots, Stampin' Seal, Dimensionals
• Paper trimmer
